Julien Dabi is the founder of Netter Group and a Los Angeles-based fractional CFO. Over 15 years leading finance and operations in CPG, including seven years as CFO and later serving as CEO, his work has spanned functional snacks, seasonings, baking products, private label, natural and conventional retail, Amazon, distributors, imported supply chains, working capital and lender relationships.

His focus is the intersection of finance and operations: making the economics clear early enough that Sales, Marketing, Sourcing and Operations can move quickly without leaving the CEO to discover the financial consequences after the decision has already been made.
